Madison Stream Team Training & Events
The Madison Stream Team is a dedicated group of trained volunteers who collect information about the health of our area waterways. The annual training provides an opportunity to learn the technical skills behind water quality monitoring. The event includes both classroom and field instruction, and upon completion, volunteers are qualified to do field work on any of the established sampling sites.
Join us for on June 15th for our 2017 training event. We will meet in Ennis at Lion’s Club Park at 9:00 am, and will then carpool to the Jack Creek Preserve Foundation’s Outdoor Education Center. Plan to bring either waders or hip boots for the field portion of the training. Lunch will be provided, and we will plan to be back in Ennis by 4:00. Please RSVP by June 13th by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 682-7289.
