The MCD Annual Stewardship Award seeks to recognize community members who are making a meaningful impact on natural resource management in our area. Nominations are sought to identify groups or individuals with accomplishments in the following areas:
Practices or projects that directly benefit Natural Resources (soil, water, habitat)
Innovative approaches attempted or adopted
Stewardship challenges that have been overcome
Community benefits from Stewardship activities
The award recipient is selected by the MCD, and recognized at the annual Madison and Ruby Valley Conservation District Banquet that will be held on April 27, 2019.
Any resident of the Madison Conservation District or the Ruby Valley Conservation District can be nominated for an award. Winners of the awards will receive two tickets to the April 27, 2019 banquet, recognition of their efforts at the banquet, and a framed photo with a plaque.

Nominations are due by 9:00 AM February 12, 2019, and the awards will be given at the banquet on April 27 in Twin Bridges.
