2026 Land Stewardship Workshop

The Land Stewardship Workshop for Small Acreages brings together natural resource professionals from across the region to share information and resources on topics relevant to small-acreage landowners. This collaborative event is hosted by the Madison Conservation District, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Madison County Weed District, and Montana State University Extension.

The 2026 workshop will be held on October 13 from 4:30–7:00 PM at the Madison County Admin Building in Virginia City.

Topics will include:

• Soil Health
• Noxious Weeds
• Wildlife

A Q&A panel will follow the presentations, providing an opportunity to ask questions and connect with local natural resource professionals.
