Montana Environmenal Education Association Annual Conference Scholarships

The Madison Conservation District is once again pleased to be able to sponsor area teachers going to the Montana Environmental Education Association‘s annual conference.  The event, held in Bozeman on March 21 & 22 is a great opportunity for bringing together educators, agencies, tribes, businesses, and organizations interested in environmental education.  According to the association, “participants gain a greater awareness of issues, discover fresh approaches to environmental education and build relationships with colleagues across the state.”

MCD is offering five $200 awards to teachers from Ennis and Harrison school districts who would like to attend the conference.  Scholarships are given on a first-come first-serve basis.
