Spaces for the Good Thymes Camp are running out! Currently, the Sprouts age group (grades 1-3) is full, and there are only three spaces left in Willows (grades 4-6). Register your Willow today!
It’s time to register your child for our summer Good Thymes Camp! This camp for kids in grades 1-6 focuses on topics such as gardening, natural resources, & local food, and features lots of fun field trips and activities. Registration is $250 for Sprouts age group, $350 for Willows age groups, and scholarships are available.
The goal of the Good Thymes Camp is to provide positive outdoor and resource learning opportunities and experiences for youth in the Madison Valley. The camp incorporates lessons, activities and adventures based on the themes of the natural world and concepts critical to the Madison Valley.
Modeled after successful programs similar in scope, the camp focuses on a basic concept; introducing and linking the important role of sustainable agriculture and the natural resources of our landscape. Lessons will develop understanding of important scientific, nutritional, and economic concepts, while providing outlets of free play and art to encourage creativity and imagination.
The camp is co-organized by Madison Farm to Fork & the Madison Conservation District.
Registration closes on April 29. Extension: we will continue registering children in the Willows age group until May 15.
