Madison Stream Team Volunteer Training

Mark your calendars! It is almost time for sampling season and MCD is excited to announce our volunteer training date for the 2024 season. The event will include classroom-instruction and a technical skills training for collecting water quality data. We will also review last season’s findings, introduce the Madison Watershed Restoration Plan, and discuss the threat of aquatic invasive species. After attending the training, we hope that you will be confident to join us in the field at any of our sampling sites this summer!

This event will be held on June 13th from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm at the Madison Valley Public Library. Free lunch will be provided!
