Best Practices Guidebook
The Big Sky Owner’s Association recently published a best practices guidebook for residents in the Big Sky Area. Although somewhat tailored to properties in Big Sky, many of the sustainability oriented design and development practices/requirements can be applicable for the broader Southwest Montana region. The guide also provides information on interacting with wildlife and common noxious weeds. As described by the Owner’s Association, “the Best Practices Guidebook is an invitation to participate in the preservation of our way of life in Southwest Montana. It will include information on responsible property ownership, natural disaster resilience for those such as wildfires and drought, and ecosystem stewardship.”
If you are interested in checking out an digital copy, see the link below, or stop by our office to read through a hard-copy of the handbook.
